Orders over $100 receive free shipping automatically.
Kits are not painted as we want you to make something unique. Feel free to follow our color choices or create your own design!
We make each kit after you order it so refunds are difficult for us. We will accept unopened kits that are not personalized but there is a 20% restocking fee.
Personalized kits are not eligible for refunds.

If the shipping box appears damaged, make sure to take pictures and/or video before opening the box. It's really helpful for us when we file a claim.
If your kit is missing pieces or has been damaged, please contact hello@kitcrafted.com and we will send you replacements.
Your kits are made in the order we receive orders to keep things fair for everyone. We usually make and ship your kit within three business days. Order delays (if any) will appear on the announcement bar on the top of our website.
